INTRODUCTION

The Victoria Mixed Tactics League is a registered non-profit society comprising four divisions of mixed men's and women's teams that play within the Victoria Capital City Region (CRD). Most divisions boast at least 8 teams of 8-15 players each.

As the name implies, this league plays only the "Tactics" game, a variation of the traditional "Cricket".

Teams meet at various venues throughout the area on Monday nights (7:30pm start) and tournaments and events are staged throughout the regular season of September through May.

The VMTL owes its popularity and success to its enthusiastic members who exemplify fun and friendship in a healthy, competitive environment.

Captains' Meetings have been traditionally held on the first Sunday of the month at 11:00am. All captains are required to attend these meetings, and their respective teams are awarded a point towards their league standings for meeting attendance.

Everybody is Welcome

Venues

New venues for league play are welcome, providing that they are within the CRD area, and their dart area and setup specifications can meet the requirements as laid out in the VMTL Bylaws. New teams and prospective venues are encouraged to contact the board of directors before any commitments are made and/or if there are any questions regarding venue requirements.
